About Wendy

Wendy comes from a background in corporate sales management with Avon Products, Inc. Traveling domestically and internationally for two decades, Wendy decided to leave that life behind and “live the dream” in the beautiful Lowcountry of South Carolina. She launched her Real Estate career and joined Weichert, Realtors-Coastal Properties in 2009.

With a focus on providing her clients with exceptional service, one of Wendy’s many strengths is her expansive knowledge of the Lowcountry’s numerous communities. She is well-respected by fellow agents and builds her business through referrals from past clients. Wendy prides herself on listening to her client’s needs, responding in a timely manner, continually expanding her Real Estate education, and building strong relationships among her peers.

Wendy’s expertise in Real Estate is recognized by the many awards she has received, including #1 Sales Agent for the Southeast Region, #1 Agent for Closed and Listing Transactions, #1 Agent for Sales Volume, and the prestigious President’s Club Award.

Wendy and her husband, Chuck Gunsallus, have been full-time residents of the Bluffton Community since 2002 and are members of the First Baptist Church of Hilton Head.

Wendy is a native of southeastern Pennsylvania and, ironically, attended Bluffton College in Bluffton, Ohio. Contact Wendy to schedule a “City Tour” and a behind-the-gates look at what the Lowcountry has to offer. From unspoiled sea marshes to thick forests of tall pines and live oaks, this area is a nature lover's paradise. Locals and visitors alike are attracted to the charm and stress-free pace while enjoying brilliant sunsets and mild year-round temperatures.

Come for a day, stay for a while and "Live the Dream...365 days a year!”
